Carlos Chavarria has received the Exemplary Employee Award for February. The award recognizes outstanding employees who demonstrate their commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Chavarria joined this hospital in November 2024 and serves as a Surgical Tech in the Surgery Department. He was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
“Carlos is always willing to help coworkers, patients and family. If we need help with transporting or if we need anyone to pick up an extra shift or stay over to help, we know that Carlos will stay most of the time even without us having to ask. His energy and smile are a great addition to the team.”
