Jorge Juarez is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for April. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Juarez joined our hospital in February 2023 and serves as a Storekeeper in our Purchasing
Department. He was nominated by two co-workers who had this to say:
“Jorge keeps supplies fully stocked, and when he is asked, he is super fast at replacing things in the Emergency Department. He’s very detail-oriented, and he helps stock crash carts when needed.”
“Jorge consistently comes to the Emergency Department and performs his job exceptionally well. He listens carefully to our supply needs in the ED and always goes the extra mile. For example, we forgot to mention certain supplies during his initial visit, and he was more than willing to return to the ED to ensure we had everything we needed. He makes every effort to keep us fully and properly stocked. He is truly a hard-working and dependable team member.”
