Marvin Olea is the recipient of our Exemplary Employee Award for November. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Olea joined our hospital in August 2006 and works as a Charge Nurse on the Telemetry Unit.
He was nominated by a co-worker who had this to say:
Marvin is an amazing Charge Nurse! He always helps when he sees me overwhelmed. Also, he is always willing to teach me.
We greatly appreciate Marvin’s dedication to the patients we serve. It’s a pleasure to recognize him with the Exemplary Employee Award.
